I Heart Balls started in November of 2010. We’re still young and alive!
How much of the proceeds are donated to testicular cancer?
100% of the proceeds (that is, all money after costs) from the sales of our bracelets go towards reputable charities such as the American Cancer Society and the Lance Armstrong Foundation. We made our first donation in February, check it out here — we couldn’t have done it without you!
Does I Heart Balls have homosexual undertones?
No way! Although we definitely don’t discriminate, our bracelets aren’t meant to convey any kind of sexuality. They can be worn by men and women of all sexual orientations.
Do I need a Paypal account to buy a bracelet?
No, not at all! We use Paypal as a secure gateway to receive orders. All you need is a debit or credit card to order; there is an option to pay without an account.
How long will it take to get my order?
Most orders go through USPS Priority Mail. Please allow 1-2 days for processing and 3-5 days for delivery! If your order is international it will be shipped First Class International, which can take 7-14 days.
What is I Heart Balls’s return/exchange policy?
If there was something wrong with your order, like we sent the wrong color, we missed a bracelet, or even worse, you haven’t received it in seven days, e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll be sure to make things right.
Does your store secure its payments?
I Heart Balls uses PayPal for accepting payments, which uses industry security standards in all online transactions. Your personal information (including payment information) is automatically encrypted with the 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol to ensure the highest amount of security possible.
What forms of payment do you accept?
All payments go through Paypal, which accepts Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, or a payment through the balance in your paypal account. You don’t need a Paypal account to pay, although you can definitely use one if you have one!
